Cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact becky@graes.co as soon as possible after placing your order. 

If the order has not been shipped yet, cancellation will be recorded immediately and you will be refunded. If the order has already been processed and shipped, you will be asked to send the order back to us before your refund is processed. GRAES does not cover shipping fees for this return shipment.
